This Privacy Policy describes how HereNow Labs, Inc. (“HereNow Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with InRange — including this website, our mobile applications, and any related services we may make available (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

Contact information you provide. Email address, first name, and any other information you submit through forms, the waitlist signup, the Founding Member checkout, or direct communications with us.
Payment metadata. When you become a Founding Member, our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) processes your payment. We receive transaction metadata (timestamp, amount, Stripe customer and session identifiers, billing email and country) but we never receive or store your full payment card number, expiration date, or CVV.
Activity and device data. When you use the Service, we may collect activity data (sessions, durations, pace, heart rate, GPS or accelerometer data, perceived effort), self-reported state (such as the on/off medication cycle you mark), and device identifiers, operating system version, and app version.
Technical and log data. IP address (which we hash and salt before storage), user agent, browser language, referring URL, pages and screens viewed, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information.
Cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies for session management and security, and aggregate analytics with no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. How we use information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process Founding Member payments, issue refunds, and prevent fraud.
To communicate with you, including transactional emails, product announcements, and support responses.
To monitor security, detect and prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
For internal analytics, research, product development, and quality assurance.
To create de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data sets, which we may use and share for any lawful purpose, including research, benchmarking, and Service improvement.
To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
For any other purpose disclosed to you at the point of collection or with your consent.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

Service providers. Cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Inc.), payment processing (Stripe, Inc.), transactional email (Resend, Inc.), analytics, and similar providers acting on our behalf under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
Compliance and legal process. When required by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HereNow Labs, its users, or others.
Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, in which event personal information may be transferred subject to the protections of this Policy.
With your consent. For any other purpose with your explicit consent at the point of disclosure.

5. Health and activity data

InRange is a general wellness product and is not a covered entity or business associate under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The data you provide is not Protected Health Information (PHI) within the meaning of HIPAA. You retain ownership of your activity records, and you may export or request deletion of them at any time. We do not share individually identifiable activity data with insurers, pharma companies, employers, or third-party researchers without your explicit written consent.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and for analytics in aggregate or de-identified form. De-identified and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, email team@herenowlabs.com from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity before processing the request and may decline to act on requests that are excessive, unfounded, or that would compromise another person’s rights. California residents have the additional rights described under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which we do not do.

8. International users

InRange is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and its processing under U.S. law, which may differ from the law in your jurisdiction. We rely on standard contractual safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 10. Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. You acknowledge that you transmit information to us at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Third-party links and integrations

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services (including device integrations with Apple Health, Google Fit, Strava, and similar). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. You should review their privacy policies before providing them information.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of the Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of it.
